Terms of use
Steve Aragón Games are free games made by Steve Aragón, from Argentina, to play in the browser, on itch.io or inside Discord. If you play any of them, you accept these terms.
Which games
These terms cover every game of Steve Aragón Games. A game can add rules of its own on its page:
Age
Each game says its minimum age (above), and you must meet it to play. Games marked 18+ have adult humour and are only for adults. On Discord, the rules of the version you play and those of the server apply too.
Using the games
- Playing is free, and you don't need an account.
- No cheating, overloading the servers, automating players without permission or trying to break the games' security.
- Respect the other players. We can remove or block whoever doesn't.
Account
The account is optional (with Google or Discord) and keeps your game profile. You can delete it whenever you want. What data we use is in the privacy policy.
What you write
The name you choose and what you write in a game are yours and your responsibility. If you suggest content for a game (a card, a level, an idea), you let us use it, edit it and publish it without payment; if you ask, it can carry your name in the credits.
The games' content
It's fiction and humour: it isn't about anyone in particular. The art, the code, the texts and the brands belong to the games; don't copy them for another game or to sell them. Third-party resources (fonts, sounds, engines) have their own licences, listed in each game's credits.
Donations
Supporting a game is voluntary and doesn't buy any advantage in the game. Payments are processed by Mercado Pago or Patreon, under their own rules. If you were charged by mistake, write to privacy@stevearagonsite.com and we'll look into it.
No warranty
The games are offered as they are. They may have bugs, go down, change or stop existing. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages arising from using them.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date below shows the last change, and important changes are announced in the games. Keeping on playing afterwards means accepting them.
